Consume nuts the right way with Ayurveda 🌰✅

1. Soak them for 6-8 hrs✅
According to Ayurveda, nuts are heavy to digest as they contain a good amount of healthy fat, protein, and fibre and also are hot in potency (ushna virya). “So whenever you eat them, make sure you’ve soaked them for six-eight hours.

2. Consume it in the morning or as noon/evening snack✅
It is recommended to eat nuts in the morning if you want to benefit the most from them. The consumption of nuts with breakfast can aid in blood pressure control and fatigue prevention.

Almonds can provide positive effects on your health. Rich in many nutrients these are deemed as the perfect nuts to start your day with. In Evening prefer Pistachios, Cashew and Pine Nuts. They can help boost your immunity and stamina after a long day at work. These could also be a great snacking option.

3. How much quantity of nuts you should consume❓
The amount depends on your digestive capacity. Your appetite and digestive capacity matter more than the recommended amount. As general rule, it is recommended having an ounce (what fits in the palm of hand) of nuts daily is healthy.

Ayurveda vs Allopathy, which is better? let's find out.

1. Treatment
Allopathy- Usually, in Allopathy, the treatments are prescribed to get short-term relief from uncomfortable symptoms or side effects from pills.

Ayurveda- on the other hand, it aligns the 5 elements and achieves to balance between energies in your bodies.

2. Side Effect
Allopathy- The major drawback of allopathy is associated with it’s side effects. Every medicine has a side effect and for each side effect there’s a pill hence the cycle of consuming medicines keeps going on.

Ayurveda- Natural herbs and ingredients are in treatment of diseases of root cause hence, ayurveda ensures there is no side effect in your body. However, Ayurvedic medicines can cause adverse effects as per the body’s reaction to the medicines. Also, the medicines should be used in their purest forms without any adulteration.

Ayurveda addresses the underlying cause of the illness or disease we're experiencing and not only treats the symptoms but also gives the patient lifetime immunity. Additionally, the amount of imbalance the patient is carrying (treating the body as a whole) and for how long determine how long it takes to heal a condition in Ayurveda as opposed to allopathy.
