1. Trataka stand or any raised object to place a candle/diya🪔
2. Candle or diya for practice
3. Stay in a space away from disturbing sounds🔕
4. Keep the room lights dim
5. A yoga mat or dari to sit comfortably 🧘🏻‍♀️
