Timely management saves the joints:

75 year male with Osteoarthritis both knees (Left > Right side) was managed by Total Knee Arthroplasty left side. Xray taken on POD 7 showed marked improvement in joint space on right side.

Early management of such cases leads to prevention of progress of disease severity in the other joint, thereby reducing chances of both knees needing surgery

In continuation with the 24 year old, staged Total Hip Arthroplasty with uncemented prosthesis done over a course of 3 weeks seperation.
The patient finally able to walk straight and without pain after 7 years. Discharged with wishes for a healthy future.

A small mis-step led to poor results and worst complications for this 24 year old.
Previously elsewhere diagnosed with Tuberculosis of left hip, managed conservatively. Prolonged associated steroid use along with continued weight bearing caused avascular necrosis of both femur heads, leading to severe pain and restriction of movements

Patient was managed with Total Hip Replacement for left hip with uncemented prosthesis with gentle passive Range of motion exercises started from day 1. The patient is currently of minimal analgesics and painfree after years of agony

In continuation with the staged arthroplasty, the old female, managed by total knee arthroplasty. Now completely pain and deformity free in both knees. Able to walk completely pain free and with free range of motion in both knees for all activities of daily living.

Female patient with osteoarthritis both knees with bowing of legs due to bone erosion. Managed by staged Total Knee Arthroplasty by Cruciate Retention technique. Patient made to walk on post operative day 1 without much pain.
