Hey readers,
Thank you for reading this!!!! The half of the population of whole world (including women) feel shameful while reading or talking about 'that' 4-5 days of month. Periods are completely natural and normal part of the life for much population but the topic is still something that too many of us are embarrassed about or don't want to discuss.
In scientific language, periods are called as menstruations. According to biology, menstruation is a important process of any woman's life. Without that you can't imagine your life! PERIODS are only reason behind every new born (hope you know). Still some people thinks that it is worse thing of woman's life.
Discussing periods has been a taboo topic for all though, in 1985, actress Courtney Cox became a first girl who speak a word 'PERIOD' on television. Comedian Margaret Cho have spoken that "over half the world menstruates at one time or another but you'd never know it. Isn't that strange?" Is anything wrong in his words?
But, nowadays many women are breaking their silence and normalising the conversation. According to me, feeling shameful about PERIODS is the world's most ridiculous thing!!!! If Akshay Kumar can make movie on it then why should not we speak about it???
I want advice to all girls who reading this, please don't feel shameful about PERIODS. I have periods as you because we are girls, that should be our pride.

So what is with the latest hype about infused or so-called detox water? Does it really do anything “magical”? Infused detox water is created by having added natural ingredients that are supposed to boost the health value of the water itself. While there are a variety of types, it typically is infused with flavors of vegetables or fruits, as well as with herbs. As it only contains the flavors, the water contains minimal if any additional calories. It is believed that this detox water will rid your body of toxins, improve digestive health, improve mood and complexion, aid in weight loss and boost your energy.
So what is the real story behind the health claims?
First, it is important to recognize that water itself is the rationale behind many of these claims. When you look at the science behind being hydrated, by taking in enough water, you will find similar health benefits. Any type of water has long been found to help move our bowels which in turn helps our gastrointestinal and digestive health. As water is calorie-free and is used to curb appetites, it plays a role in achieving weight loss. Being hydrated plays a proactive role in our skin health, as well as our complexion.

What about the additional detox claims? These are the claims which have made detox water popular among those who are looking for quick weight loss regimens and cleanses. These additional claims include: detoxing the body, balancing pH, and rapid weight loss.
Detox waters claim that they will eliminate toxins from the body, while at the same time aid in rapid weight loss.
In fact, our body naturally already rids itself of toxins. Scientific studies to date show that it is however impossible to alter the bodies pH through foods or drinks. Therefore, this theory of detox water as an agent to change the pH is unfounded.
The bottom line is that water is the true powerhouse when it comes to hydrating your body. To truly get the nutritional benefits of any fruits or vegetables you have to consume the actual fruit. So while infused and detox water may taste delicious, it does not have any true magical health benefits that you can’t get elsewhere.
