एक सच्चे जज़्बातों का पल.
एक मरीज, जिसने कई बार IVF में असफलता झेली थी, आज अपनी Beta-hCG रिपोर्ट पॉज़िटिव लेकर आई, वैल्यू 1002, और प्रेग्नेंसी किट पर दो गुलाबी लकीरों ने उसकी आंखों में खुशी के आँसू ला दिए।

जब वह पहली बार हमारे पास आईं, तो पता चला कि उन्हें हाइड्रोसैलपिन्क्स है - यह वह स्थिति है जिसमें फैलोपियन ट्यूब ब्लॉक होकर पानी से भर जाती है। यह गंदा पानी गर्भाशय तक पहुंच सकता है और भ्रूण के चिपकने (implantation) में बाधा डाल सकता है, जिससे IVF असफल हो जाता है।

समाधान? उनकी ट्यूब को क्लिप कर दिया गया, यानी गर्भाशय से काट दिया गया ताकि यह पानी भ्रूण स्थानांतरण (embryo transfer) के बाद गर्भाशय तक न पहुँच सके।
