My opinion on mental health in today's scenario.

It gives me immense pleasure to announce the publication of my very first book titled “The Handbook of Developmental Disabilities and Rehabilitation” and I am glad to share with it you.

GRIEF.
Grief has to be lived. Cry, Shout, Be angry, do what feels like doing but get it over.
Unexpressed grief creates lot of emotional turmoil later in life.
It doesn't let you move ahead in life. So, re-live the grieving event, re-live the emotion and let it get released from the body and from the system.
Then relive and remember the happy moments spent with the departed soul/s. This, according to me, is the best we can do for loved ones who have passed over and gone ahead in their journey ahead.
