This 72-year-old lady came to us with severe back pain after an osteoporotic vertebral collapse. She could barely sit or stand.

We performed Kyphoplasty— a minimally invasive procedure to restore vertebral height and stabilize the fracture. Kyphoplasty a small needle procedure, we fixed her broken bone from inside. No big cuts, no long hospital stay.

*Results
- Pain score: 9/10 → 2/10
- Back to her daily routine

Osteoporosis is silent, but its complications don’t have to be. Early diagnosis + timely intervention = quality of life restored.
Thanks to almighty God for giving our pain medicine team opportunity to serve such patients and help them. Kudos to Dr Anurag Agarwal for treating such challenging cases 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Myofascial psoas major muscle pain, often called psoas syndrome, causes deep, chronic pain in the lower back, groin, and hip due to trigger points in this key hip flexor. Caused by prolonged sitting, overuse, or sports, it presents with stiffness, difficulty walking upright, and pain radiating toward the knee. Treatments include stretching, physical therapy, and deep muscle interventions may help these patient. Treated one patient with intervention

Second case of piriformis syndrome, post delivery severe pain, patient bed ridden. We did diagnostic piriformis MIPSI, patient relieved for about one month second time did botox with hybrid techniqueof ultrasound and fluroscope . Pt comfortable and relived in pain

A pain so severe that it doesn't allow to have a meal and Tube Feeding is required to sustain (Trigeminal Neuralgia) since last 10 days

and

a simple yet delicate MIPSI (Minimally Invasive Pain and Spine Interventions) of Pain Medicine, ie Percutaneous Balloon Compression of Gasserian Ganglion, that too under only 'Local Anesthesia', as patient has Cardiac issues precluding general anesthesia, is 'The Savior' with immediate relief and Removal of NG Tube after 4 hours, as patient is able to eat comfortably now..
