One of the biggest consequences of s*xless marriages is infidelity. Spouses are not emotionally, mentally, or s*xually connected to each other and hence are not satisfying each other. Of course dissatisfaction is only one of the reasons for infidelity, but it is an important one.

It is important for partners, especially married partners, to intentionally put in the effort to understand each other, and connect beyond the daily chores are routines that bind a marriage. A marriage, a family is nourished not by culture, language, finances, but by the relationship of the married couple. Without a healthy, satisfying relationship, the marriage is at the best hollow, and at worst, toxic.

The Most Commonly Used S*x Enhancement Drug : Vi**ra

Its Pros & Cons

Once you reach a certain age, the question is likely to cross your mind: Should I use Vi**ra or not? The fact is, Vi**ra use has become so common today that even the "young pups" -- who we really doubt need it, by the way -- are using it too. However as an older and wiser man, you know that like any medication it has got to have some pros and cons. Here are a few things you might want to consider before you try Vi**ra.

Vi**ra Pros

The pros? Well, those are fairly obvious. We all know what Vi**ra does -- it treats erectile dysfunction. If you're having trouble with s*xual performance, Vi**ra can be an absolute life changing medication. It will allow you to achieve and maintain an er****on, and there is no need to worry about those embarrassing moments when you really want to but somehow just can't achieve or keep an er****on. Vi**ra can make your performance level in the bedroom -- or wherever you happen to be -- akin to that you had in your twenties.

Another pro that you may not even think of in the beginning: Vi**ra can help repair relationships. S*x can be at the center of many relationship issues, and Vi**ra can solve that problem quite neatly. There are plenty of wives and girlfriends who may be in their s*xual prime, but they get frustrated because their man can't keep up with them anymore. Vi**ra makes quite a difference with that and has actually been credited with saving relationships and marriages in some cases.

Vi**ra Cons

Vi**ra does come with some drawbacks. If you are not healthy enough for s*xual activity, it can cause heart attacks, and even death. Heart patients and those taking nitrate medicines should avoid Vi**ra for this reason. Men who are diabetic, overweight, or who smoke ci******es may also be told to avoid Vi**ra because of the increased risk for heart problems. Patients with high blood pressure, whether they have heart problems or not, should avoid Vi**ra as well. Apart from patients who have high blood pressure or heart trouble, Vi**ra is often pretty safe. Some patients have reported that their vision gets "wonky" for a while after taking the medication, but they tend to be so happy with the result that many just don't mind!

S*x after hysterectomy.

Having a hysterectomy doesn’t mean the end of having s*x. Find out how a hysterectomy might affect your s*x life, how long you should wait before having s*x again, and how to cope with issues such as vaginal dryness.
When you have a hysterectomy, you’ll be advised not to have s*x for around four to six weeks. If you don’t feel ready after six weeks, don’t worry – different women feel ready at different times. It takes time to recover from any surgery, but having a hysterectomy can have a strong emotional impact too, which can affect how you feel about s*x.
It’s worth bearing in mind that a study of 413 women in the Netherlands found that s*xual wellbeing improved after hysterectomy, and that there was some reduction in s*xual problems (such as pain) after the surgery. However, around 1 in 5 women developed new s*xual problems after hysterectomy. If you experience problems with s*x after your operation, don’t suffer in silence. There is help – you can talk to your GP, a counsellor or an organisation such as the Hysterectomy Association.

THE MORNING-AFTER PILL

The morning after pill should only be used in emergencies but if you need it, you need to get it quickly.

What is it?
This is emergency contraception that can be taken AFTER having s*x.

If a girl's had s*x without using contraception, or used a condom but it broke, she can take the morning-after pill up to three days (or 72 hours) afterwards, or have an IUD fitted up to five days afterwards, to stop herself becoming pregnant.
This kind of contraception is just for emergencies because it's not as reliable as the pill or condoms and doesn't protect against s*xually transmitted diseases.
If it's over five days since you had unprotected s*x, still see your GP or family planning clinic to discuss your options.
How does it work?
Morning-after pills contain hormones to stop ovaries releasing eggs. They also make the womb slippery so fertilised eggs can't stick to it - and therefore can't develop into a baby.

Where can I get the morning-after pill?
It's free from your GP or family planning clinic (ask for an immediate appointment). Or over 16s can buy it from most chemists for about £25. Some chemists provide free morning-after pills, paid for by the NHS. Ask your pharmacist.

Don't be nervous about asking for it. Pharmacists get asked for it all the time, and better that then risking pregnancy if you're not ready.

How do I take the morning-after pill?
Gulp it down. As soon as possible.

Nowadays, most of us only need to take one tablet. Rather than a second, identical tablet 12 hours later. But ask the chemist or doctor and follow the instructions.

Will I need a check-up afterwards?
You don't need to go back to your doctor or family planning clinic unless you think you might be pregnant (for example, if your period is late, or shorter or lighter than usual). The morning-after pill isn't 100% effective, so it's possible. Bear in mind that the hormones in this pill can make your next period different. So don't panic - you may not be pregnant!

Most importantly, get yourself fixed up with some regular contraception to avoid needing the morning-after pill again.

Female Ej*******on

Men are often very proud if they can get a woman to "sq**rt". It is considered a brag-worthy achievement, despite the fact that if a woman can easily do it, she is just as likely to have this experience with Joe Blow down the road, or on her own, as you. However, it is not a particularly common occurrence and though it may happen sporadically throughout a woman’s life, it may also happen every s*xual occasion for a small portion of the population. It is not an indicator of a man's performance if he cannot promote female ej*******on.

It can be learned with practice, and proper stimulation of the G-**ot -- it takes a great deal of patience and practice to perfect, as well as the ability to hold back the urge to urinate. This feeling will pass, and when it does, female ej*******on is possible in most women. It helps to empty the bladder before engaging in s*xual activity so as to be sure that any sensation of needing to urinate is not actually needing to urinate, but erotic arousal which can lead into female ej*******on.

Having trouble reaching or**sm?

Coming' isn't that easy, if you're a woman. Nearly all men can climax without difficulty, but women just aren't built that way. Unfortunately, not everyone knows this all-important fact – even in 2014.
This is partly because books, films and – most of all – internet p**n paint a picture in which today's females are hot and raring to go, and in an almost constant state of s*xual ecstasy.
This inaccurate portrayal can lead to today's teens and 20-somethings believing that there's something wrong with them if they can't climax to order. The truth, however, is that most of them are absolutely normal.
Interestingly, only a generation ago many doctors believed that a high proportion of the female population simply couldn't climax at all.
Why did they think this way? Simply because most of them had had little or no training in s*xual medicine.
Also, the majority of them were so embarrassed about s*x themselves that they tried to avoid discussing it with their patients.
Furthermore, since women don't need to climax in order to conceive, most doctors didn't rate the importance of the female or**sm very highly.

S*x can be a stress buster

Workload too high? Hot and bothered after the morning journey to work? S*x could help you beat the stresses of 21st century living, according to a small study of 46 men and women.
Participants kept a diary of s*xual activity, recording penetrative s*x, non-penetrative s*x and ma********on. In stress tests, including public speaking and doing mental arithmetic out loud, the people who had no s*x at all had the highest stress levels. People who only had penetrative s*x had the smallest rise in blood pressure. This shows that they coped better with stress.
Plenty of people find that intimacy or or**sm without pe*******on helps them feel relaxed, as do exercise or meditation. It doesn't have to be penetrative s*x; it's whatever works for you.
