Mindfulness:
Mindfulness is purposely bringing one's attention in the present moment without judgement. A.M. Hayes and G Feldman have highlighted that mindfulness can be seen as a strategy that stands in contrast to a strategy of avoidance the emotion on the one hand and to the strategy of emotional over engagement on the other hand. Mindfulness can also be viewed as a means to develop self-knowledge and wisdom (Van Girden W, et. 2014).
Mindfulness is vast subject that can't be closed in three days.
