Kriyayoga Meditation Center is a non sectarian, non-profit center, was built to promote Health, Peace, Non violence and Teaching of ancient & scientific techniques of Kriyayoga Meditation. Kriyayoga is the highest scientific meditation technique for humanity to realize their Eternal glory and gives divine perception within a very short time and brings all-round development of body, mind, Intellect and awareness of soul. Kriyayoga Meditation as taught by all realized masters of all ages and lands, is being taught as Kriyayoga. This ancient method was given by God and Mahavatar Babaji to overcome all problems of human by regular practice of it one can develop their mental, physical and spiritual abilities. Since the year of 1861 the spiritual tradition of Kriyayoga that was propagated by Yogiraj Lahiri Mahasaya, Imparted to him by his Divine and Immortal guru Mahavatar Babaji, according to him Kriyayoga is a Psycophysiological method by which human blood is decarbonated and recharged with oxygen. The atom of this extra oxygen are transmuted into life current to rejuvenate the brain and spinal centers. Kriyayoga is a instrument through which human evolution can be quickened and lead to self realization and communion with God over true love.

“Infinite are the sadhanas, infinite the spiritual experiences, infinite is manifestation and yet He is unmanifest. The nature of one’s japa depends on one’s particular line of approach. Why did I use the term ‘infinite’? The leaves of a tree are infinite in number, and although they are all of the same general pattern, yet there are countless variations within that pattern. Viewed from this angle also, diversity is infinite. Finally, when Enlightenment occurs, this will be the end and at that very instant He will be revealed in the midst of endless variety. The seed as such remains what it is and so do the boughs and branches; yet there is infinity in each of them. Similarly, in the field of sadhana also everything is infinite. As one goes on practising a prescribed amount of japa (mantra chanting), at some moment or other, the fire will be set ablaze. Fire exists everywhere, only one does not know, at what instant the friction will suffice to kindle a flame. Therefore, be ever prepared ! Of course, some yogi may be able to foretell after how many repetitions of a name or mantra Light will come. For this reason persevere in the practice of japa. It will be carefully stored for you, as if kept safely by your mother. The moment may come at any time, when you will realize the many in the One and the One in the many. When will the number of repetitions be completed, and what will then be found? That the Name and the One whose Name it is are indivisible. Thus what you have offered will come back to you. Widen your shriveled heart and make the interests of others your own by serving them. Give to the poor, feed the hungry, nurse the sick - do service as a religious duty and you will eventually come to know by direct perception that the person served, the one who serves and the act of service are separate only in appearance. The divine man enjoys everything, but is not bound by anything. He appreciates the use of the objects in God’s creation, but when he is through with them, he is through. Do not harbor traces of desires. Live in this world working only to fulfill God’s will. Tell Him, “I did not ask for this body; but You gave it to me, so I will look after it and see to its needs, and use it as an instrument to serve Your will on earth.” When you are impersonal with the body in this way, you become personal with God. I want you all to get to that state. But it will not come by reading books, nor if you fritter away your time in diversions. Meditate. Be steeped in meditation. This morning I hardly remembered sleeping last night; and when I lifted my eyes upward, they became fixed in the state of samadhi. The world, like an ocean, was moving in me. I felt the whole universe throbbing within myself. People often wonder, What is God ? God is Eternal Bliss. His being is love, wisdom, and joy. He is both impersonal and manifests Himself in whatever way He pleases. He appears before His saints in the form each of them holds dear: a Christian sees Christ, a Hindu behold Krishna or the Divine Mother. Devotees whose worship takes an impersonal turn becomes conscious of the Lord as an infinite Light or as the wondrous sound of Aum, the primal Word, the Holy Ghost. The highest experience man can have is to feel that Bliss in which every other aspect of Divinity--love, wisdom, immortality-- is fully contained. But how can I convey to you in words the nature of God ? He is ineffable, indescriable. Only in deep mediation shall you know His unique essence ! Therefore seek God first through Self Realization. Then All Things - Strength, Power, Prosperity, Wisdom, Health and Immortality, will be added unto you !”

It's hard to know where the dividing line is between good and evil. Certainly it is terrible that bacteria kill two billion people every hundred years. But think of the chaos of overpopulation if there were no death! And if everything here were good and perfect, no one would leave this earth of his own accord; no one would want to go back to God. So in a sense misery is your best friend, because it starts you seeking God. When you begin to see clearly the imperfection of the world, you will begin to seek the perfection of God. The truth is that God is using evil, not to destroy us, but to make us disillusioned with His toys, with the playing of this world, so that we might seek Him.

There is a common form of nervousness: soul nervousness. The soul is so identified with the body that it has forgotten its real nature.

Soul nervousness can be destroyed only be meditation—by transferring the attention from your nerves to the perception of Infinite Happiness within, transferring your attention from the bundle of bodily sensations to the infinite nature which is your true Self.

Nothing will satisfy you until you find God. Your nervousness will disappear when you realize that you are one with God. Your spiritual Self is calling you every day. You must realize that you are not this body, but the Infinite Spirit within.

GOOD AND EVIL ARE CREATED IN THE MIND

In the ultimate sense, everything starts in the mind. Sin is created in the mind. Little children go naked without consciousness of sin. An undisciplined mind causes great havoc in our lives. Sense-enslaved minds are the perpetrators of all wars, cruelties, and injustices.

God put you in sensate physical form with the intention that you live in the world as an introspecting soul, enjoying the movies of creation without becoming identified with them. That is how God wants you to live: to demonstrate mind control not only when everything is rosy, but in the midst of your troubles also. Far from just talking about it, Self Realization [Yogoda Satsanga] teaches you that self-mastery. The dance of life and death goes on all the time, but man has the mental power to rise above all sensory experiences of change, to be unaffected by life's inconstancy. The Bhagavad Gita offers us sublime assurance of this freedom. "The relativities of existence (birth and death, pleasure and pain) have been overcome, even here in this world, by those of fixed equal-mindedness. Thereby are they enthroned in Spirit - verily, the taintless, the perfectly balanced Spirit." Bhagavad Gita V:19

A New Year Message by Paramhansa Yogananda ji
-------------------------🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹-------------------------

Our old tutor of last year has just passed away. Let us remember the joyous instructions and blissful experiences of the past year, and let us repeat them with greater intensity in the coming New Year. Let us forget the sorrows of the past and make up our minds not to bring them back in the coming New Year.

With new determination and unflinching will, let us make up our mind to renew our life, our better habits, and our successes in the temple of the New Year.

Remember, no matter what our trials have been, or how discouraged we are, if we will make a continued effort to be better, we will find that, being made in the image of God, we are endowed with unlimited power that is much stronger than our worst trials.

Let us make up our minds that we will win, focusing all our concentration on the ceaseless efforts to succeed, and we will surely be victorious. Remember that our past difficulties did not come to crush us but to strengthen our determination to use our limitless divine powers to succeed. God wants us to conquer the difficult tests of life and come back to His home of wisdom. Let us return in this New Year.

"The opinion of God is written on the parchment of eternity, and it shall never be erased, not for all time to come. Try first and foremost to please God, then man. To try to please man is also pleasing to God, but your effort to please man must be with wisdom. Try not to displease people, but think always of your duty to God first."

By obstructing the life-air/prana vayu(with the act of particular sadhana) in the eyebrow center. Kootash and star like planets are
seen, the yogi penetrates these and by this way, , sees the internally situated Supreme person. Such a yogi does not get reborn. The Kriya by which this position is reached is known as the "Omkar Kriya" . By the power gained due to yogic pratices, the yogi can do 20 736 Omkar Kriyas in one breath, and doing as such the Brahmrandra spilts open ~Sri Sanyal Mahasaya

At the time of death, with the mind having faith in the teachings of Guru, remaining embedded in Atma. With dharana, dhyan, samadhi and with power. If one enter completely in the prana vayu in the middle of the eyebrows, then - Sat- ones sees the Supreme person. Doing in this way Bhishma and such have cast off life, meaning performing Omkar Kriya in 1 breath, twenty thousand seven hundred and thirty six(20 736) times bursts the Brahmrandra, doing so, one attains the Supreme substance ~Lahiri Mahassya 8:10 Gita Commentary

The blaze of Energy or Light that is revealed when prana ascends and becomes Still at Sahasrara( is "Sura" ). The power that comes about when the mind is merged into the Naad Bindu (The bindu of Sound) in the front and back of that light. This is called " Suranam Adhipatyam( which is rulership over the Gods) ~~Swami Pranabananda Pranahamsa

Kriya yoga practice bestows rulership over the senses. Pain is also apart of the senses. In order to transcend pain or to not feel it, the sadhaka should hold padmasana for extended periods while also performing kumbhaka

Breath retention while in padmasana neutralizes the senses and the mind. Once this is done, pain and other sensory activities are no longer felt.

Ignorant people, like animals, do not heed the lessons which accompany pain and pleasure. Most people live a life checkered with sadness and sorrow, for they do not avoid the actions which lead to suffering and do not follow the ways which lead to happiness. Then some people are always consciously over-sensitive to sorrow and happiness when they come. Such people are usually extremely crushed by sorrow and overwhelmed by joy, thus losing their mental balance.

Many people wish to be happy, and yet they never make the effort to adopt the course of action which leads to happiness. Most people keep rolling down the hill of life only mentally wishing to climb the peak of happiness. They sometimes wake up if their enthusiasm for happiness survives the crash to the bottom of suffering.

Stagnant people are unhappy, and extremely ignorant people scarcely know how it feels to be either happy or unhappy. They are unfeeling, like the stones.

Wherever you are, remain awake and alive with your thought, perception, and intuition, ever ready, like a good photographer, to take pictures of exemplary conduct and to ignore bad behaviour. Your highest happiness lies in your being ever-ready desiring to learn and behave properly.

Replace Bad Habits with Opposite Good Habits

If you have a bad habit of telling lies, and by so doing have lost many friends, start the opposite good habit of telling the truth. It takes time to form a good habit or a bad one. It is difficult for a bad person to be good and for a good person to be bad; yet, remember that once you become good, it will be natural and easy for you to be good. That is why it is worthwhile to cultivate the habit of being happy.

"You become stagnant when you let circumstances override your better judgement. It is all too easy to waste time and forget about the kingdom of God. Thus you dwell too much on petty things, and have no time to think about Him. When you analyze yourself each night, be watchful that you are not becoming stagnant. You came into the world not to lose yourself but to find your true Self. God sent you here as His soldier to win victory over your life. You are His child, and the greatest sin is to forget or to put off your highest duty: to win the victory over our little self and regain your true place in the kingdom of God."

"The greater your troubles, the greater the chance you have to show the Lord that you are a spiritual Napoleon or a spiritual Genghis Khan - a conqueror of your self. There are so many imperfections within us to be surmounted! You must strive to do what I am doing - constantly winning within myself. And in this inner victory, I find the whole world at my command. The elements, which seem so mysteriously, the scriptures, which seems to contradictory - all things are made clear in the great light of God. In that Light everything is understood and mastered. To gain this wisdom of God is the only purpose for which you were sent here; and if you seek anything else instead, you are going to punish yourself."

"I feel the drama of God that no one else can feel, save those to whom He reveals Himself. I am part of this world drama, and I am apart from it. I behold you all as actors in this cosmic play. The Lord is the director. Although you have been cast in a particular role, He has not made you an automation. He wants you to perform intelligently and with concentration, and with the realization that you are playing your role for no one but Him. This is how you should think. God has chosen you for a specific work in this world, and whether you are a businessman or a housekeeper or a labourer, play your part to please Him alone. Then you will be victorious over the sufferings and limitations of this world. He who has God in his bosom has all the powers of the angels within Him. His victory cannot be stayed."

"Autobiography of a Yogi"
'The Christlike Life of Lahiri Mahasaya '
"When the self is in communion with a higher point, Nature automatically obeys, without stress or strain, the will of man. This effortless command over Nature is called "miraculous" by the uncomprehending materialist.
The life of Lahiri Mahasaya set an example which changed the notion that yoga is a mysterious practice. In spite of the matter-of-factness of physical science, every man may find a way through Kriya Yoga to understand his proper relation with Nature and to feel spiritual reverence for all phenomena, whether mystical or of everyday occurrence. We should bear in mind that many things inexplicable a thousand years ago are no longer so, and matters mysterious now may become lawfully intelligible a few years hence.
