Post no 27 # a pregnant lady came to me in her last month of pregnancy, her blood sugar level was severly deranged she didn't take any medication for that and developed all the complications of diabetes in herself and baby ..when her baby delivered..weight of baby 4kg with weak cry and kept in nicu for long time in view of respiratory distress and other complications...so sugar control in pregnancy is necessary both for mother and baby diabetes anomaly
