Are you Emotionally Available for yourself?
We often pride ourselves on being available for others. We listen to their problems, try to understand their perspectives, and offer a shoulder to lean on. But have you ever stopped to ask if you are providing that same support to yourself?

Signs you might be emotionally unavailable to yourself:
🔘 Ignoring your feelings: Pushing emotions aside because they feel inconvenient.
🔘 Procrastinating self-care: Constantly telling yourself, "I will think about it later," or "I'll rest when the work is done".
🔘 Numbing out: Focusing solely on work and tasks to avoid actually feeling what is happening inside.

Being emotionally available does not mean you have to be perfect. It simply means giving your emotions the space they need without judging them. Try to stay with yourself and treat your own heart with the same kindness you would show a loved one.
