VLLC School of Beauty Institute in Alambagh Lucknow and POSHAN Dhara Association hosted a special session on ‘Women’s Health Challenges in Different Life Stages’ for students. Chief Dietician SGPGI, Ms. Rama Tripathi, and Mridul Vibha, Sr. Dietician KGMU, were guest speakers, followed by a Q&A and poster competition. Eram Khan and Mantasha Wahab KGMU Dieticians also shared valuable diet-related information. Thanks to Amreen Qureshi for organizing this enriching event!”
