A 28-year-old male with Rheumatic Heart Disease (RHD) and Severe Mitral Stenosis underwent a successful Balloon Mitral Valvotomy (BMV / PTMC) ✨

🔹 Pre-procedure Mitral Valve Area (MVA):
➡️ 0.8 cm² (severe narrowing 😮‍💨)

🔹 Procedure details:
✅ Careful patient evaluation
✅ Trans-septal puncture
✅ Step-by-step balloon positioning
✅ PTMC balloon size 28, prepared at 27
✅ Controlled and gradual balloon inflation

🔹 Post-procedure Mitral Valve Area (MVA):
