Refreshing Watermelon Mint Cooler
Ingredients:

2 cups watermelon (seedless, chopped)

10 fresh mint leaves

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp honey (optional)

1/2 cup chilled water or coconut water

Ice cubes (as needed)

Instructions:
Blend the watermelon, mint leaves, lemon juice, and honey until smooth.

Strain the juice (optional) for a smoother texture.

Add chilled water or coconut water and mix well.

Pour into a glass filled with ice cubes.

Garnish with a mint sprig and a lemon slice.
