74yr Old patient with severe attrition in maxillary teeth with suppressed vertical height/deep bite. Extractions with implant placement was done in maxillary and provisional fixed acrylic prosthesis delivered within 48 hours. I did my best as I could. Patient is happy enough for past 4 months now with his somewhat whiter teeth. Suggestions are welcome for improvement in future cases.
