Happy to share SIAL-ENDOSCOPIC COMBINED Approach stone extraction from left Submendibular duct and it was supposed to be single stone in Ultrasound but in recheck Sial- endoscopy 3 more stones were catched . This is why we Sial- endoscopic surgeon never rely on only USG reports ...... we end our surgery when our recheck endoscopy gives a clean veiw of salivary duct .....thanks to my all seniors and mentors in the field of sial-endoscopy ......

Another sialendoscopy with Combined approach for bilateral Submandibular duct stones ........ left one was difficult as was at hilum .... well presevered lingual nerve........ thanks to Dr Chandresh Upadhyay for good guidance of pt as he was advised Submandibular gland excision in one of the so called tertiary center in private sector in lucknow ........
