Another sialendoscopy with Combined approach for bilateral Submandibular duct stones ........ left one was difficult as was at hilum .... well presevered lingual nerve........ thanks to Dr Chandresh Upadhyay for good guidance of pt as he was advised Submandibular gland excision in one of the so called tertiary center in private sector in lucknow ........
