What is tennis elbow:-
When tendon of ECRB becomes inflamed or torned then site becomes painful, burning and aching this discomfort may radiate to fore arm. This is worsen when you twist or bend your arm.
Treatment:- rest, nsaid, ice, streatching of involved muscle and Physiotherapy. In rare case surgery is reguired.

Physiotherapy in cervical spondylosis

सर्वाइकल स्पोंडोलोसिस बहुत ही सामान्य समस्या है , इस तरह की बीमारी में गर्दन में दर्द, हाथ में दर्द कभी कभी चक्कर और उल्टी भी असकती है। यह कोई जरूरी नहीं कि सारे सिम्टम्स एक ही मरीज को हो।
कभी कभी केवल एक सिम्पटम ही होसकता है।लिहाज़ा जागरूक रहे , होशियार रहे ।
