Corn's 🌽 Glycemic Index (GI):Corn has a moderate GI, typically ranging from 55 to 60, depending on how it is prepared. Whole corn kernels, such as in boiled or grilled corn on the cob, generally have a lower GI. Processed forms, like cornflakes or popcorn, tend to have a higher GI.

Lemon's🍋
