Every morning when we wake up, it's important to focus on the cleanliness of key parts of the body to promote hygiene, freshness, and overall health. These includes:
1. Mouth and Teeth
2. Face
3. Hands
4. Armpits
5. Private parts (Ge***al Area)
6. Feet
7. Ears
8. Hair and scalp
9. Nose
The above parts of the body are very essential as such they need to be taken care up first thing in the morning. Maintaining morning hygiene helps set the tone for a productive, confident, and healthy day.
Lack of cleanliness of the above parts is an ultimate reason for some of us that smells regardless of the perfume/deodorant they used especially when we have close contact with them. The worse been those that can't neither clean nor use any perfume/deodorant.🤮
In addition, some diseases/infections that we battles with are in one way or the other a contribution of neglected hygiene of these parts. Bathing in the morning is highly recommended.🤗
This is dry season and we can't neglect the fact that cleanliness is very vital__it enhance our comfort.🥰

A kowacce safiya idan muntashi daga bacci, yanada matuqar muhimmanci mu kula da tsaftar wasu muhimman sassan a cikin jikin mu domin inganta tsaftar jiki, walwala da kuma dukan lafiyar gangar jikin mu. Wayanda sun hada da:
1. Baki da Haqora
2. Fuska
3. Hannaye
4. Hamata
5. Yankin al'aura
6. Qafafuwa
7. Kunnuwa
8. Gashi da fatar kai
9. Hanci
Wayannan sassan jikin da na lissafo a sama sunada matuqar muhimmanci shiyasa ake buqatan su zama abu na farko wurin tsaftacewa da safe. Kula da tsaftar su zai taimaka sosai wurin mayarda mu masu amfani sosai, ya qara mana kwarin gwuiwa, da kuma samu ingantattar lafiya.
Rashin tsaftar wayannan sassan jikin yana daga cikin babban dalilin dayasa wasu daga cikin mu ke wari (d'oyi) duk da irin turaren da s**ayi amfani dashi musamman idan s**a kusance mu. Mafi muni sune wayanda basayin tsafta haka kuma basa amfani da kowanne irin turare.🤮
Bugu da qari, wasu daga cikin rashin lafiyoyi/cututtuka da muke fama dasu sun samu asali ne ta dalilin watsi da tsaftar wayannan sassan jikin da mukeyi. Shiyasa ake bayarda shawara akan wankan safe.🤗
Wannan lokacin zafi ne saboda haka bazamuyi watsi da tsaftar jiki ba__tana taimakawa walwalar mu.🥰
