Dentist now a days have become complete merchandicer . They just know how to draw money from patients without giving the best . We at family dental save even the failed case . Patient came to our clinic with swelling and pain in lower left tooth region which was already rct treated ,on doing IOPA investigation we came to know that RCT wasnt properly done and patient wanted to save those teeths . We decided to remove those short GP with HFile and then put Metapex in the canal and left patient for 1 month for recovering .

An edentulous patient with severe fibrosis in buccal mucosa and resorbed ridge comes to the clinic wanted fixed teeth .
After thorough examination and CBCT investigation ,we suggested patient for conventional implant supported FPD .
We advised pateint to get CBCT done and blood sugar ruled out and then we started with procedure by placing three implants in mandibular area .

Patient named Saba comes to the clinic with pain and swelling in lower back tooth region. She was diagnosed with impected 48 and R.S. 47 On doing rvg of perticular area .
Patient had a fear of surgery ,so we had to go for minimal bleeding technique ,finally doctor and 48 was extracted with the help of warwick gem . Patient got relief in three days
