A young patient walked into our clinic with a large bump on his lower lip , which had worsened after 2-3 previous surgeries . On examination, we diagnosed it as a MUCOCELE ( a fluid filled cyst often caused by trauma or blocked salivary gland ) .
The patient requested a painless , scar free solution, so we opted for Laser assisted removal .
The result? Scar free Lip as it was before !

Patient came to clinic with severe pain and limited mouth opening. After visiting multiple clinics across cities everywhere he was told both ( wisdom tooth and lower 7 MOLAR ) have to be extracted as due to limited mouth opening.
But he came to us with a hope - for saving lower 7 MOLAR .
After careful examination, we found the lower 7 MOLAR could still be treated ( but it was very difficult due to limited mouth opening).
1) We extracted the decayed wisdom tooth .
2) And on the same visit started RCT.

The result - Pain free - Extraction and Natural tooth was saved in Limited mouth opening.

Challenging case successfully done !
A 75 year old retired music teacher ( Head of Department ) from a prestigious institution Vanasthali visited our clinic with severe tooth pain … She visited many clinics and was told for extraction and go for Implant.
On Radiographic examination , we discovered a perforated tooth with blocked canals- already a complex situation. During the procedure the case got more worse as during shaping new file got separated…adding another layer of complication .
Despite the odds , we meticulously performed a perforation repair, skillfully bypassed the separated instrument and completed the treatment successfully and natural tooth was saved !
