“ओरल रिहाईड्रेशन सोल्यूशन लें… डीहाइड्रेशन को मात दें”

घर पर ORS का घोल एक बर्तन में 1 लीटर साफ़ पानी 💦 लें उसमें 6 चम्मच 🥄 शक्कर, 1/2 चम्मच नमक🧂मिलाकर तैयार कर लें और हर दस्त के बाद बच्चे को थोड़ा थोड़ा पिलाते रहें।इस से बच्चे में दस्त के दौरान पानी की कमी नहीं होती। साथ में जिंक की गोली भी दें।🙏
