The first essential oil we will talk about is rather simple and common, .
Lemongrass right now is being cultivated in different parts of India. parts of UP, Chattisgarh, North East, Kerala, Tamilnadu etc. Lemongrass is a very nice oil having different kinds of benefits.
Lemongrass is very good for making lemongrass fragrance which is very effecting in masking bad odours and provide a kind of refreshing smell. Or you can also use lemongrass oil directly in your diffuser. Application of lemongrass is also know as antidepression, it also has lots of antifungal activities. It is also very effective oil for use on body massage. Because of its smell it also works as very good mosquito repellent.
In food it is pretty popular. lemongrass Tea is very popular. You will find lots of usage of lemongrass leaves in different foods.
It is also very nice for using in beauty products. You can try adding few drops of Lemongrass Oil in your moisturiser or cleanser and it will purify and tone your skin. This oil is very good to apply on fingernails and toe etc.
It's one of my personal favourite essential oil.
सबसे पहले हम बात करेंगे #लेमनग्रास_ऑयल की। लेमनग्रास का तेल काफी साधारण लेकिन जाना पहचाना है। लेमनग्रास की खेती इस समय भारत मे अनेक जगह की जा रही है , जिसमे यूपी में अनेक जगह, छत्तीसगढ़, उत्तर पूर्व के प्रदेश एवं दक्षिण भारत मुख्य है।
लेमनग्रास एक बहुत अच्छा एसेंशियल आयल है जिसके अनेक उपयोग है। ....लेमनग्रास का परफ्यूम ऐरफ़्रेशेनर्स में बहुत काम आता है क्योंकि यह किसी भी प्रकार की गंदी बदबुओ को मास्क कर, बहुत भीनी और अच्छी खुशबू सब जगह फैलाता है। ....लेमनग्रास के तेल को सीधे भी डिफ्यूजर में इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है।.... इसके अलावा लेमनग्रास की खुशबू व्यक्ति को अवसाद की स्तिथि से बाहर लाने में एवं एन्टीफंगल एक्टिविटीज में बहुत कामगार है। .... शरीर पर मॉलिश करने के लिये भी यह एक बेहतरीन आयल है। ... इसकी खुशबु की वजह से यह मच्छर दूर रखने में भी बहुत सहायक है।
भोजन में भी लेमनग्रास के अनेक उपयोग है। लेमनग्रास की चाय बहुत प्रसिद्द है। तरह तरह के भोजन में लेमनग्रास की पत्तियों का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है। लेमनग्रास पेट को सही रखने में भी सहायक होती है।
लेमनग्रास तेल का एक काम आपकी त्वचा को साफ करना एवं उसकी चमक बढ़ाना भी है।... आप अपने मॉइस्चराइजर में अथवा क्लींजिंग लोशन में कुछ बूंदे लेमनग्रास तेल की मिलाए, आपकी स्किन बेहद स्वस्थ हो जाएगी। .. आपके हाथ अथवा पैर के नाखून की सफाई एवं disinfection के लिये भी यह एक बेहतरीन तेल है।
यह मेरे चुनिंदा निजी पसंदीदा तेलों में से एक है। 😍
