🌟 Leadership Circle – A Step Towards Innovation and Leadership in Education! 🌟

Devi Sansthan organized the three-day Leadership Circle program, which was held from February 19 to 21, 2025, at CMS LDA Branch, Kanpur Road. This impactful event focused on promoting quality education and introducing innovative teaching strategies.

📅 First Two Days (19th & 20th February 2025) – Featured meetings and 1:1 training sessions where participants explored the methodologies and framework of the ALfA Program, designed to simplify and enhance teaching methods.

👥 Active Participation by Golden Future Sanstha:
Representing Golden Future Sanstha, Shobhit Narayan Agarwal, Sumit Verma, Samar Nigam, Rachna Ma’am, and Mansi Ma’am played an essential role in the program. Through the ALfA Program, teachers were trained to educate children using simple and impactful techniques within 45 days, ensuring their all-round development.

An MoU was signed between Olden Future Trust School and Devi Sansthan under the One Tara School initiative on this occasion. Lucknow, August 31, 2024: For the first time in Lucknow, a "Relationship Rejuvenation Retreat" has been organized. The event was inaugurated by the chief guests, Dr. D.R. Bansal, Director and Owner of IMRT Management College, Dr. Girish Gupta, Owner of Gaurang Hospital, and Mrs. Manju Shukla, wife of Dr. A.K. Shukla, who formally commenced the event by lighting the ceremonial lamp. This retreat was organized by Mr. Shobhit Narayan Agarwal and Dr. Anjali Gupta. Mr Shobhit Narayan Agarwal was invited as the keynote speaker at Bhavna Samiti - a senior citizens organisation, in their annual function. He spoke on the topic, 'success in life through relationships'. He was facilitated with a shawl, flowers and memento. His views were much appreciated especially investing in relationships from a young age yields multifold benefits in the long-run. He emphasised his reasoning based on statistical data and real life stories.

The event was attended by reputed senior citizens, ex government officers, youth and school children.

On International Yoga Day 2024, HUDCO organized a yoga awareness camp at PM Shri Kendriya Vidyalaya, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. Mr. Shobhit Narayan Agarwal and his team emphasized the importance of mental and physical development through yoga, explaining various kriyas in a simple way and guiding the students in practicing them.

Approximately 250 students from 7th and 8th grades participated in the event. They learned different yoga postures, breathing techniques, and meditation practices, aimed at fostering holistic well-being and encouraging a healthier lifestyle among young individuals. The camp was a great success, leaving a positive impact on the students.
