New Year and new beginnings for Therapists Collective- peer support and academy.

They will be our lead supervisors for two cohorts for the first quarter of the year and lead coordinators for the next six months.

⭐️ *OVERVIEW&PURPOSE* ⭐️
This unique boot camp-style program is spread over 3 months and 35 hours of training and supervision. It has been structured to provide fundamental and advanced implementable skills of CBT. The training is practical, supervised, and designed to enable application across clinical and non-clinical settings. Participation in the program increases emotional intelligence, supports mental health, and improves problem-solving by thorough CBT conceptualisation. This is a skill-learning program; hence, it has meticulously designed action plans and homework for participants.
Participants are encouraged to learn together and be supportive of each other’s learning by group learning in between sessions and peer supervision.
