There are four hormones responsible for determining the level of human happiness:
1- Endorphins 🥰
2- Dopamine 🥰
3- Serotonin 🥰
4- Oxytocin 🥰
First: Endorphin
When we go to the gym or exercise, the body releases this hormone to overcome the pain caused by exercises. This is why it feels fun when exercising. Laughter is a good way to release endorphins.
We need at least 30 minutes a day watching funny and entertaining things or exercising to get our daily dose of endorphins.
Second: Dopamine
In the journey of life, everyone achieves many tasks, whether big or small, this feeling of accomplishment causes dopamine to release in different proportions and when we receive appreciation for any work we have accomplished, as any work makes us feel proud, the body releases this hormone and Which in turn elevates our feeling of happiness.
This explains why most of the time housewives are unhappy (because they rarely get the proper appreciation and gratitude for the amount of efforts they make every day)
Third: Serotonin
It comes when we benefit others, i.e. when we get over ourselves and we are able to give to nature or society, even if it is useful to share useful information with others, write a useful post on the internet, or answer a question, all mentioned It causes the body to release serotonin and thus causes happiness.
Fourth: Oxytocin
It is secreted when approaching people, when shaking hands, when cuddling.. That's why we have to hug a little boy 🥺 He's in a troubled mood so he can increase this hormone and feel happy again.
