Every ingredient in your snack matters, and some could be doing more harm than good, Let’s dive into the details.Here’s the details in the packaged makhana:

Refined palmolein oil: is highly processed and contains unhealthy trans fats that can raise bad cholesterol levels, leading to heart disease and other health issues. It's also stripped of nutrients, making it a poor choice for cooking, especially when used in packaged snacks.

Maltodextrin: This is a highly processed carbohydrate that can cause a spike in blood sugar levels, making it unsuitable for people with diabetes. It can also contribute to weight gain when consumed in excess.
