With Masters in Psychiatry from the prestigious ERA Medical College batch of 2018, Dr Deeptanshu Agrawal represents the new and dynamic face of Nirvana Hospital, which was established three decades back in 1991.
Dr Deeptanshu Agarwal is the second generation professional dedicated to the cause of drug abuse, its cure and rehabilitation. Deeptanshu, as a young 9 year old cricket enthusiast was happy wielding the cricket bat in the park opposite his house, where the De-addiction patients would frequent every evening. The patients would come to the park every day and much to Deeptanshu’s delight, the patients would join him for a game of cricket.
Who would have known then, that one day this young boy would go on to touch the same lives of such patients as a psychiatry specialist.
Dr Deeptanshu swears by his focused approach in treating a limited number of patients. “Limited, but sure!!” Dr Deeptanshu, from the very first day of his professional career has dedicated his day and expertise for ‘indoor’ patients, for their treatment and care. Besides the focused approach, Dr Deeptanshu is gravely aware of the personal and social threats that drugs and alcohol abuse presents. Adopting new and innovating practices remains Dr Deeptanshu’s resolve and vision. Dr Deeptanshu Agrawal has successfully adopted the new technique of Naltrenobe Implants with almost 100% success rates.
