Case of the day .
Single Tooth Crossbite treated with Prosthetic Crown.
Patient was hesitant in getting Braces due to past Bad Experience and time constraints.
All the option were suggested but due to various reasons like time, money and past experience
So we decided to go for Single visit Root canal therapy followed by crown lengthning procedure and delivering of the metal free crown .

Patient came with a C/C of spacing in both upper and lower front teeth .
Clinically 12 was missing from the upper arch , and 42 was missing from the lower arch .
22, 31 and 41 were rotated.
So we decided to do vital Crown Preperation for the patient . And gave Zirconia crowns in anteriors .
And here are the results.
