Dr B.R. Mittal Paramedical Institute in association conducted a Career Guidance Seminar for Students of Higher classes of all streams at Arya senior secondary School . In the Seminar the Resource Person - Dr. Raman Mittal from the Institute motivated the students to include Vocational training in their curriculum to make them Work Ready in future after completion of their Vocational courses. Vocational courses can not only help the students in making students employable but can help in upliftment of downtrodden and community as a whole. These courses can help to address the problem of Underemployment in Educated Youth. Dr. Mittal also refuted the Need of Migration of our Youth at tender age to Foreign Nations once empowered by these Skill Paramedical courses. The Seminar was attended by Himanshu Ranjan, Anuradha mam and other staff of School. These courses are the Ray of Hope for our Educated Youth

Mittal Paramedical institute tried to stimulate our youth and future generation students of senior secondary school to bring revolutionary changes in our Education system in form of vocational training and Skill development in ParaMedical sector . The institute situated in Ludhiana in association with Red Swastik Society is regularly conducting these career counselling seminars and is committed to futuristic development of our youth to increase employability and ease the burden of Unemployment in our country thus decreasing Poverty, Drug addiction, Alcoholism and many other other social ailments prevailing in our country. To spread the Message of Skill Acquisition in youth of our country, Dr B. R. Mittal Paramedical institute in association with Red Swastik Society, Punjab engaged in an interactive Career Orientation Seminar with students of higher classes at KD Mathura Public School of Haibowal and stressed upon need of reformative changes in our current Education system and informed students about availability of Vocational courses in different streams in our country. The institute is regularly training students in Vocational paramedical courses in Ludhiana in subjects of their interest and making them skillful and employable and helping not only in making future of our youth but also contributing to fulfilling dire need of trained paramedics in different hospitals of country , thus helping in growth of country..
