Omega-3 are known to be healthy fats. They have been shown many health benefits from reduxing cardiovascular risk to lower inflammation and also to improve blood flow.
They help increase good "HDL" cholesterol and lower the bad "LDL" cholestrol.
Apart of cholesterol, they do wonders when it comes to brain health, eye health and also helps deal witn anxiety and depression and even many more.
You can definitely consume them from daily diet.
