Safe kids Program at Clay World School Ludhiana

An initiative of Clio Mother and Child Institute Pediatric Department where we teach the parents and teachers how to handle common childhood emergencies in school and at home like burns , cuts , bruises , syncope , nose bleeds , choking etc along with CPR to handle and tide away common childhood emergencies.

Panic to Preparedness - Master Childhood Emergency Skills , An initiative of Department of Pediatrics Clio Mother and Child Institute Ludhiana was conducted in BCM School Basant City where we train parents and teachers and impart knowledge to handle common childhood emergencies like fever, fainting, bleeding , burns , fractures, wounds , choking etc and also train them to do Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR ).

Very successful and insightful session for parents and teachers learning dos and donts of common Pediatric emergencies conducted by our Pediatric Intensivists Dr Vikas Bansal and Dr Mehak Bansal . Each live we can save is precious. ❤️🙌

This little warrior was born in Moga with a critical heart condition that needed immediate care to survive. 💔 Thanks to the swift action by the Clio Team, the baby was transported to Ludhiana where our Pediatric Cardiologist Dr. Smruti Patel, along with the Pediatric Critical Care team, performed an emergency Aortic Ballooning procedure for critical aortic stenosis. ❤️‍🩹

Today, this tiny fighter is safe, smiling, and at home with family.

Babies born with severe congenital heart diseases can be saved if timely diagnosed and timely intervention is done . ❤️ even the tiniest ones. 💖
