Congenital heart defects (commonly called “holes in the heart”) such as ASD, VSD, and PDA can now be treated without open-heart surgery using minimally invasive device closure. This procedure is done through a small catheter inserted via a blood vessel, allowing faster recovery, less pain, and shorter hospital stay.🙂

At Clio Mother and Child Institute, these advanced interventions are led by Interventional Cardiologist Dr. Smruti Patel and the Pediatric Cardiac Critical Care team — Dr. Mehak Bansal and Dr. Vikas Bansal
