                                            Cortisol is the master of all hormones 
But still a lot of people consider cortisol to be the main culprit in the hormonal imbalance.
Cortisol has a direct link to your lifestyle. If the lifestyle is good , cortisol will work in your favour and vice versa.
It has a diurnal variation being highest 1 hour hour before you wake up so that it makes you awake. And it reduces throughout the day to be least around evening so that you can sleep better.
If you don’t wake up on time and don’t sleep o time you are urself disrupting your cortisol levels and the whole hormonal mileau changes. 
1. So to maintain the cortisol level, you have to wake up early with the sun , and shine bright sunlight into your eyes, it further increases your cortisol.

All these you can do to increase your cortisol levels and give a boost of energy to the body to function better
