Today's case
Patient with multiple facial bone fractures presented after 4 months following trauma. The mal-union led to restricted mouth opening and deranged occlusion.
Treatment plan was to refracture the sites and do ORIF under GA. The surgery took around 6 hours. As a result normal mouth opening and occlusion was achieved. Presenting follow up of 10 months after surgery. .

Restoration of upper front teeth following trauma.

After waiting for long time finally patient got reason to smile
