✨ Here’s why missing periods is not normal:

1️⃣ Hormonal imbalance
Irregular or absent periods often point towards disrupted hormones like estrogen, progesterone, insulin or thyroid hormones. Without correcting the root cause, your cycle won’t stabilise on its own.
