Truly privileged to be invited as a Guest Speaker at the Punjab State Chapter, Association of Surgeons of India (ASI) to deliver a talk on “Principles of Safe Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy.”

What could be more special than sharing the stage with the pioneers of laparoscopic surgery in Punjab — my father, Dr. Kuldip Singh, and Dr. Gurdeep Sidhu, who started this remarkable journey decades ago.

Honoured to be elected to National Executive committee Member of Indian Association of Gastro-Endosurgeons for the second time, the largest body of minimal access surgeons in India with around 13000 surgeons.

It was wonderful hospitality at the Madras Club by Prof. BK Rau Sir and the entire Chennai organizing team: Dr Zameer Pasha sir , Dr Easwaramoorthy, Dr Siva Kumar, Dr Kanagavel, Dr Premkumar Balachandran, Dr Deepak Subramaniam,Dr Naveen Alexander and team.

Honoured to be invited as a guest faculty at the 15 th international surgeons conference of Nepal at Kathmandu. Had the privilege to talk on the very hot topic “ Highway to disaster in LC” and prevent it?. More than 500 Surgeons from the SAARC countries attended the meet and were watching at the disaster’s happening around the globe during this simple operation.
Demonstrated difficult laparoscopic cholecystectomy with dense omental and gut adhesions to anterior abdominal wall with achieving complete 6/6 CVS criteria.
Special thanks to my dear friend Dr Bikal Ghimire and his family,Dr Sunil kumar President Nepal surgical society and Dr Romeo for an outstanding academic feast and hospitality.
