अगर आप शाकाहारी या वीगन नहीं हैं, तो अंडे आपके लिए प्रोटीन का एक बेहतरीन स्रोत हो सकते हैं। ये सिर्फ प्रोटीन से ही भरपूर नहीं होते, बल्कि विटामिन A, D, B12 और कुछ महत्वपूर्ण खनिजों का भी अच्छा स्रोत हैं।
 अंडों में पाया जाने वाला कोलीन लिवर और मस्तिष्क के स्वास्थ्य को बनाए रखने में मदद करता है। यह मूड को भी बेहतर बनाता है और आंखों और दृष्टि के लिए अच्छा है, जिससे मैकुलर डिजनरेशन से बचाव होता है, जो बुजुर्गों में अंधेपन का एक आम कारण है।

Eggs can be an excellent source of protein if you are not a vegetarian or vegan. Not just full of protein, they are good source of vitamins like A, D, B12 along with certain important minerals.
 Choline found in eggs helps to maintain liver health and brain health. It also boosts mood and is good for eyes and vision protecting against macular degeneration which is a common cause of blindness in elderly.
 Sulphur in eggs help to keep hair shiny, smooth and healthy. Eating eggs after exercise provides protein for muscle repair.
It is advisable to eat whole egg, both the white portion which is rich in protein and yolk which is rich in good cholesterol.
Eating 2-4 eggs a day are mostly safe for adults and it is good to eat them as first meal of the day for maximum benefit.

We all know that regular exercise helps to strengthen our muscles and keep joints healthy. When we move, we increase our blood circulation which helps deliver oxygen and nutrients to tissues. Not just the muscles and joints, exercise helps to keep nerves and brain healthy too.
If you suffer from brain fog, memory weakness etc, you can definitely benefit from exercise.
It is not necessary to do heavy exercise. Choose light weight exercises which suit your body or age and do them regularly.
Even simple walk and yoga will do a lot of good if you maintain a routine.
Exercise at this age doesn't need to be exhausting . 30 mins daily is more than enough to keep you healthy.
It will not only keep your body strong, but can also boost your mood and keep depression away by increasing happy hormones, Serotonin and Dopamine.
So listen all you dear cute oldies. If you are feeling lazy, remember that lying around, scrolling your phone will only make you depressed and physically weak.
Go out, walk, shop, gossip, have fun....do whatever but get up and get moving ! 💖

if you suffer from sour belching, rise of sour or bitter fluid in throat or mouth, this condition is called GERD. Acidic juices from stomach rising up into the throat cause it.
There are very effective homeopathic medicines for this but prevention is much better if you can do it by following these few tips.
1. Do not lie down immediately after a heavy meal.
2. Eat small portions at frequent intervals rather than having big meal or overeating.
3. Being overweight makes you prone to GERD.
4. Smoking makes this condition worse so avoid it.
