Patient History:
Patient is a retired officer from ludhiana municipal corporation. He had fallen from two-wheeler and developed a severe knee osteoarthritis. Then he decided to undergo Total Knee Replacement of both the knees. Earlier he was able to stair climbing as in his house the (babaji's room) worship room is in first floor and there he was able to perform rituals related to Shri Guru Granth Sahib ji but after surgery also he was unable to perform all that stuff due to this he was also facing depression.

Then he consulted GREAT SOLUTION PHYSIOWORK PHYSIOTHERAPY CENTER for his pain, instability and depression.

After consulting the goals achieved are:
*Increased in Range of Motion.
*Increased in Muscle flexibility.
*Improved Gait Patterns.
*Depression got vanished.

Personal Experience:gagandeep.singh was the consulting physiotherapist. When the patient started performing sqauting, wall sits, High knees etc. the physio decided to do stair climbing, the patient was very much excited and nervous side by side.
On the Day 25, with effort of both physio and patient, He performed stair climbing and entered the babaji's room. After entering the room , patient cried alot he was simultaneously praying, smiling and crying. Physio clicked the pic to remember that proud moment. When returning back to his room he thanked the doctor. It was really a proud moment.

Patient was in pain from last 10 years (at an age of 35 years). Day by day her pain was getting worse. She was not able to walk independently at one point of time. Then somebody recommended her for knee surgery and she agreed to this and decided to undergo Total Knee replacement after 10 years (at an age of 45 years). But after the surgery also she was unable to stand on her alone.
