Dear children...
Please ... No exam results is worth throwing your life away. If you are feeling low or stressed, talk to me or a friend or a family member or a teacher - whoever you trust and can LISTEN to you and can guide you better.

These exams are just the first step towards your goal or passion that you have decided but not the last step. So live the present and just believe in yourself. Please stop sobbing and wasting your time. Take good care of your diet and rejuvenate yourself frequently. Your LIFE is more worth than your exams.

दवा रहित जीवन💫
1. जल्दी सोना और जल्दी उठना दवा है।
2. ओम या राम राम का जप दवा है।
3. योग, प्राणायाम और व्यायाम दवा है।
4. सुबह-शाम टहलना भी दवा है।
5. *उपवास* सभी बीमारियों की दवा है।
6. सूर्य का प्रकाश भी दवा है।
7. मटका पानी,पीना भी दवा है।
8. ताली बजाना भी दवा है।
9. खूब चबाकर खाना भी दवा है।
10. भोजन की तरह चबाकर पानी पीना भी दवा है।
11. भोजन के बाद व्रजासन में बैठना दवा है।
12. *खुश रहने का निर्णय*
भी दवा है।
13. कभी-कभी मौन भी दवा है।
14. हंसी-मजाक दवा है।

15. *संतोष* भी दवा है।

16. मन और शरीर की *शांति* दवा है।
17. ईमानदारी व सकारात्मकता दवा है।
18. निस्वार्थ प्रेम, भावना भी दवा है।
19. सबका भला करना भी दवा है।
20. ऐसा *कुछ करना जिससे किसी की दुआ मिले*, वह दवा है।
21. सबके साथ मिलजुल कर रहना दवा है।
22. परिवार के साथ खाना-पीना और घुलना-मिलना भी दवा है।
23. आपका हर सच्चा और अच्छा दोस्त भी बिना पैसे के पूरा मेडिकल स्टोर है।
24. मस्त रहें, व्यस्त रहें, स्वस्थ रहें और खुशमिजाज रहें, यह भी दवा है।
25. हर नए दिन का भरपूर आनंद लेना भी दवा है।
