Today we had the privilege of hosting a group of Bachelor of Social Work students from Africa for an educational visit at Care for Autism.

As a psychologist, it was truly inspiring to orient them about:

The realities of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

The role of psychology, occupational therapy, and social work in supporting children and families

The importance of empathy, advocacy, and inclusion in creating a supportive environment

Their curiosity, fresh perspectives, and commitment to learning remind us that mental health and social care are truly global missions that transcend borders. 🌐💙

Together, we share one vision: building a world where every child with autism is seen for their strengths, individuality, and potential.

I am deeply honored to be felicitated by DGP-cum-Director, Punjab Police Academy, Smt. Anita Punj for delivering a special lecture on

“Sensitization of Punjab Police Officers on Adopting a Humanitarian & Empathetic Approach Towards Drug Users – Focusing on De-Addiction & Rehabilitation.”

This exclusive session was attended by senior police leadership including DSPs, SPs, and Inspectors, as part of the *Punjab Government’s mission ‘Yudh Nasheya De Virudh’ (War Against Drugs) l

From the classroom to the real world — the journey of a psychologist is much more than just earning a degree.
Today, at Psychofest 2025 organized by CT University, I had the honor of being the Guest of Honor and delivering a guest lecture on "Bridging the Gap: From Learning to Leadership in Psychology."
I shared my vision on why hands-on experience, ethical foundations, emotional maturity, and guided supervision are the real stepping stones for budding psychologists. Degrees may open doors, but skills, character, and mentorship define the leaders of tomorrow.
