👶 **Why Do Babies Hold Their Breath While Crying?**

Many young children suddenly hold their breath while crying. This often scares parents, but in most cases, it is a **common and temporary condition**.

🔹 This is called **Breath-Holding Spells**.
🔹 Usually seen between **6 months to 6 years** of age.
🔹 It may happen when a child is angry, frightened, or hurt.

An interactive session on *“How to Manage Stress in Teenage Years”* was conducted by **Dr. D.S. Batth (MD, DCH, Adolescent Health Counsellor)** at our school. 🧑‍⚕️💡
