An interactive session on *“How to Manage Stress in Teenage Years”* was conducted by **Dr. D.S. Batth (MD, DCH, Adolescent Health Counsellor)** at our school. 🧑‍⚕️💡

🌟 **78 students from Classes VI, VII & VIII** participated enthusiastically and shared their thoughts on *what gives them stress* and *how to balance life*. 💬✨

Dr. Batth guided them with practical tips on handling emotions, peer pressure, academics & family expectations – helping them build confidence and resilience. 💪🧠
