A 54-year-old woman came to the session with a lifelong hesitation
to express herself or her needs.
She lived in constant fear:
“People will make fun of me. It’s safer to stay silent.”

She also doubted herself—
“I don’t know if I’ll even be able to see my inner child.”
But during the session, she clearly connected with her inner child.

We gently healed: • School-day suppression caused by a language barrier
• Unprocessed grief of not being able to attend her father’s last rituals
• Deep guilt for not completing her course the way she wished
Layer by layer, the weight she had carried for decades began to lift.

In the final phase, we moved into future visualization—

Hum life mein kitni cheezein try karte rehte hain na?
New dresses, footwear, lipstick shades,
new restaurants, places, ice-cream flavours…

Kyun?

Kyuki try kiye bina experience nahi milta.
Aur experience se hi pata chalta hai
ki humein kya suit karta hai,
kahan hum aligned feel karte hain.

Toh phir ek cheez hum kyun nahi try karte?

Mere paas aksar 45 plus women aati hain
jo bolti hain —
“Childhood toh theek tha.”
“Koi major issue nahi lagta.”
“Therapy shayad mere liye nahi hai.”

Lekin saath hi
emotional discomfort hota hai,
emotions regulate nahi hote,
body mein pains hote hain —
tests normal aate hain,
par pain phir bhi rehta hai.

Main unse sirf itna kehti hoon —
bas ek session try kijiye.

Aur ek hi session ke baad
wo surprised hoti hain…

ki kaise chhoti emotional memories
body mein pain aur heaviness bana rahi hoti hain.

Therapy samjhai nahi ja sakti.
Use feel kiya jaata hai.
Aur jab feel hota hai,
difference apne aap samajh aa jaata hai.

“I’m very logical. I don’t think I can go into trance.”
That’s how she began the session.
She also added,
“I don’t cry much.”

A calm, controlled, highly rational woman—
certain that her mind would stay in charge.

But during the session, something shifted.

Not one… but three deeply stored memories surfaced.
And with them, tears she hadn’t allowed herself for years.
As she cried, she released
emotions her system had been holding quietly—
without drama, without awareness.

After the session, she said she felt lighter, calmer, and deeply relieved.

You don’t have to be emotional to heal.
You don’t have to “believe” in trance.

When the body feels safe, it remembers on its own.
Healing isn’t about losing control—

Fit. Diet-conscious. Exercises regularly.
Gets all her medical tests done on time.

Yet for 10 years, she lived with constant body pain.

Chest numbness.
A heavy, abscess-like sensation in the stomach.
Cervical pain.

All reports said “Normal.”

During the session, her body began to speak.
Unexpressed, unaware emotional pain—stored silently for years—came to the surface.

As those emotions were released,

Yesterday, I hit another milestone I won’t forget.

I didn’t achieve a title.
I didn’t unlock a new skill.

I discovered myself.

With the guidance of my mentor, I finally crafted my UPS (𝗨𝗻𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆) ​ - not a polished version of myself, but the real one.

The pain.
The struggles.
The silent battles.
The wins that no one clapped for.
The lessons that changed everything.

And for the first time, my story feels aligned and powerful.

Because I now know this:
𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁.
It needs truth.

Stories save people.
Stories influence people.
Stories permit others to keep going.
