Robotics in cardiac surgery allows surgeons to perform complex heart procedures with greater precision and minimal invasiveness. Robotic arms controlled by the surgeon enable smaller incisions, reduced blood loss, and faster recovery for patients. This technology improves visualization, enhances surgical accuracy, and can lead to better outcomes in procedures like valve repair and coronary bypass. In next few years technology will be available at many Hospitals.

Jaako Raakhe Saaiya Maar Sake Na koe!!

A 25 yrs male came to emergency with a Gunshot Wound over left side back , pain , breathlessness and pale . Unfortunate incident on Lohri night . 3 gunshots were fired at him 1 grazed his left arm , another touched his thigh and left , 3 rd went inside left chest and stuck just near the Aorta ( main artery of Body) . Chest tube put in emergency, blood came out .
In such young patient, minimally invasive Chest surgery is a boon , we did VATS guided drainage of blood from left chest cavity and took out the Bullet.
As there are Lungs , Heart and Major Blood vessels nearby , It was great save .

Kudos to our CTVS team and other staff for their hard work and dedication that we are able to do such emergency cases and with God’s Grace able to save lives!!
