Comment “POWDER” and I’ll share the remedy in your DM.

Stop letting travel bloating ruin your outfits. Read this 👇

You didn’t gain fat in 3 days. You messed up your gut.

Here’s why bloating hits hard while traveling -
• Water intake drops → digestion slows
• You hold p*e → water retention ↑
• Outside food (more salt/oil) → inflammation
• Meal timings go for a toss → gut gets confused
• Sitting for long hours → sluggish metabolism
• Less fiber than usual → constipation kicks in

That’s why day 1 clothes = perfect. Day 4 = tight, uncomfortable

What to do so it doesn’t happen -
• Sip water constantly (don’t “catch up” later)
• Don’t hold your urine (huge mistake)
• Start your day with something warm (water/herbal)
• Carry a simple digestive powder (game changer)
• Walk after meals (even 10–15 mins helps)
• Don’t skip meals → just keep them light
• Add basics like jeera/saunf/ajwain to support digestion

Your gut doesn’t need perfection. It needs consistency - even on vacation.

Comment your Symptoms of Perimenopause & i’ll tell you how to manage it.

You don’t suddenly “enter menopause.” Your body starts whispering years before.

Low energy.
Irritability.
Stubborn weight.
Poor sleep.

Most women ignore it… until it becomes unmanageable. Small daily habits = biggest difference here. This phase doesn’t have to feel like loss of control.

Your Thyroid is reversible!

Comment your TSH levels + current medication dose — I’ll tell you if your thyroid case is reversible or not.

Stop thinking thyroid = lifelong medicine without question. Most people never fix the root.

This client had high TSH. Medication was advised.
But we first fixed :
* Meal timing (no skipping)
* Stress levels
* Consistency
- added simple supports like coriander water & Brazil nuts.

Result? TSH normalized in just 1 month.

This doesn’t mean meds are wrong. It means lifestyle without correction = dependency increases.

Save this & send it to someone struggling with thyroid.

COMMENT “SUPPORT” - I will share a FREE E-book to help you understand your symptoms + remedies, supplements & exercises for menopause support

If you’re crying over small things, getting irritated easily, dealing with body pain, poor sleep, or sudden weight changes… It’s not “overreacting.” This is PERIMENOPAUSE.

HUSBANDS — listen carefully (survival guide) -
• She’s crying? Don’t fix it - Just listen
• Angry-cleaning mode? - Join in 😌
• Don’t say “just leave it and sleep” - she won’t until it’s done
• Leg pain, back pain, body aches - it’s real, don’t dismiss it
• AC temperature fights - completely normal 😂
• Weight may fluctuate - don’t comment 🙃
• Comfort over fashion - support, don’t judge

LADIES — this is NOT in your head -
• Hormonal shifts = mood swings + fatigue
• Sudden weight gain / bloating
• Sleep disturbances
• Low patience, high irritability

This phase is biological - not a weakness.
✨ With the right support, this transition can feel much easier

📊 Here’s what your reports don’t tell you -

Vitamin B12 : Lab says: 250 pg/ml = “okay”
Reality: 650–800 pg/ml = optimal (Below this → fatigue, brain fog, hair fall)

Iron (Ferritin) : Lab says: 50 mcg/L = “normal”
Reality: 75–150 mcg/L = optimal (Low → hair fall, low energy, poor recovery)

Vitamin D3 : Lab says: 15 ng/ml = low
Reality: 50–70 ng/ml = optimal (Low → immunity issues, mood dips, hormonal imbalance)

TSH : Lab says: 6.39 = borderline/ignored
Reality: ~1–2.5 uIU/ml = optimal (High TSH → weight gain, fatigue, slow metabolism)

If your levels are just “normal”, you can still have - fatigue, hair fall, weight issues, brain fog, poor metabolism.

🍽️ What to eat -
1. B12 → dairy, paneer, curd, eggs
2. Iron → beetroot, spinach, jaggery, dates, legumes
3. Vitamin D → sunlight exposure + fortified foods
4. Thyroid support → iodine (salt), selenium (nuts), zinc (seeds)

Supplements only if :

1. B12 → methylcobalamin
2. Iron → only if ferritin is low (don’t self-supplement blindly)
3. Vitamin D3 → dose depends on your levels
4. Thyroid → needs proper evaluation, not guesswork

⚠️ Taking supplements without fixing absorption, gut health and timing = no results.
