Welcoming New Talent to the AIMSR Family!

An Induction Program for newly joined employees was successfully conducted on 11th July 2025 at 12 PM in the Auditorium Complex, organized by the HR Department under the leadership of Senior HR Manager, Ms. Kranthi K.

At AIMSR, employee induction is a thoughtfully designed process that ensures smooth onboarding and familiarization with the institution’s values, policies, and culture. During the session, comprehensive insights into HR policies, service rules, and organizational expectations were shared. A Service Rule Book—a detailed guide to the institution's protocols and employee responsibilities—was also distributed to all participants.

We deeply appreciate the HR team's dedication and their continued commitment to delivering a seamless onboarding experience for every new joinee, month after month. Their efforts go a long way in creating a welcoming, informed, and motivated workforce.

Successful Completion of the Basic Course in Medical Education (BCME) at AIMSR from 7th–9th July 2025

Team MEU (Medical Education Unit) and Curriculum Committee are delighted to share the successful conduction of the Basic Course in Medical Education (BCME) at AIMSR, held from 7th to 9th July 2025.

The 3-day workshop was conducted under the valuable guidance of the NMC-appointed observer, focusing on enhancing the teaching competencies of our dedicated faculty. The sessions were rich in interactive learning, reflective discussions, and hands-on activities aimed at improving medical education delivery.
