ANBU HOSPITAL was founded by Dr.G.C.Anbunathan in the year 1971 with a vision for a noble mission and started with 12 beds and an operation theatre and also he worked at Madurai Medical College as a Honorary professor of medicine and during this period he started “THE DIABETIC CLINIC” in Madurai Medical College and served a large multitude of diabetic patients down south. For his extra-ordinary wo

rk in diabetes he was awarded FRCP by the Edinburough University. Also he was rendering free charitable services were carried out through anbu hospital by late Dr. G. Till his death during 1981 he served as a Good Samaritan to the poor.
