🎈One of the simply remedy is adding a pinch of dry ginger powder in ur regular diet with a food or as a herbal tea..

Protein is good and there is a need for our body..but this much hype is not needed.

But we siddha doctors are not against the protein rich diet but other than that we have a lot of things to say to our patients to include in their diet.

Normally ,our body needs 20- 30% of protein in our daily diet .That's enough!

If ur body is diseased or ur digestion (Agni) is low,taking protein rich diet is waste and also u r doing more harm than good.It will only lead to ama formation in body that ama is the main thing for the cause of many diseases.

For that time we instruct you to take very light food to improve your gut health and improve your Agni level ..and then slowly incorporate protein food into your diet

So finally before the protein meal, you must see

💜This is especially for diwali bcs,

For diwali we always took oil bath. But after our bath we eat mostly heavy foods (non veg foods,sweets, icecream etc..,)

💜But in our siddha system, we must take light foods on oil bath day .Incase if we take heavy foods like this it results in stomach discomfort(like food poison).

💜For this we have a good remedy,

📍Betel leaf (வெற்றிலை)-1
📍Peper - 4

💜Crush both and add a glass water .Boil until the water reduce into half glass.

Here is the simple home remedy

Take sombu(பெருஞ்சீரகம்) - 1spoon

Boil the a glass of water with a spoon of sombu for 5 to 10mins

Filter and take it in lukewarm stage.

💚Groundnut oil
💚Olive oil (best to use without cooking as raw in salads)

📍In this each and every oil has some good properties not all are same.

📍You can use these all oil in a day as different one for different food items for eg one for fry and one for curry like that...

📍But in siddha system of medicines oil should be selected according to your body type and needs

📌📌📌📌One of the major issues facing in pregnancy is low aminotic fluid in 3 rd trimester.
📌Mostly 70percent of pregnant ladies nowadays facing this problem.

🔽Here is the best solution .

🔽This is most common regional medicine practiced in Kanyakumari for so many years.

🔽Ingredients :

💚Ballonvine (mudakathan) - 1handful
💚Cumin seeds (seeragam) - 10gm
💚Cocunut grated (thengaai thuruval) - 10gm

🔽 Mix all the three ingredients and steamed (pittaviyal) in idly cooker r steamer.

🔽 After that extract the juice from the steamed part

☑️ Take 150ml of juice (weekly 3 days)from 7 month onwards.

☑️From 7 months if you take this your aminotic fluid will not reduced and it maintaining in a good level.This is for prevention.

📌📌📌During pregnancy maintaining blood haemoglobin level is a challenging task in many women's nowadays.

📍Low haemoglobin level than normal is considered as anemia(you have to take care if your level is below 10 in pregnancy)

💚💚💚💚Here is the magical drink to increase ur haemoglobin level

💚Karuveppilai eerku (tender stem of curry tree)
💚Murungai eerku (tender stem of moringa tree)
💚Sukku (dry ginger)
💚Karupatti (palm jaggery)

📌Take all the four ingredients in same amount (5gms each)

📌Mildly roast the stems(both Murungai and Karuveppilai) in an empty pan.

📌After that add dry ginger in crushed form.

📌Pour 400ml of water in it

📌Add palm jaggery

📌Boil the water until the amount of drink reduced into 100ml.

💚Take this 100ml drink in the evening for 48days.

💚You will definitely see the improvement in ur hb level

💚Anybody can take this drink to improve blood haemoglobin level .It's not only for pregnant women.

❣️(First 1-5 days of your cycle)

🍀White sesame balls :

Ingredients:

White sesame 1cup Jaggery - halfcup
Cardamom powder- pinch

_Roast white sesame till it turns brown.
_grind the sesame and jaggery.
_ add cardamom powder finally .
_make it as a balls..

🔥Take 2 balls daily for 1 to 5 th day of ur cycle.
🔥Sesame seeds contain phytoestrogen.
❣️(Next 6 - 14 days of ur cycle) 🍀urad dal pudding :

Ingredients

Rawrice - 1 cup
Urad dal - half cup
Jaggery - half cup
Sesame oil - 2 tbsp

_ Soak rawrice,urad dal in water for about 2 to 3 hrs.
_After soaking grind it as paste.
_Melt the jaggery with little amount of water.
_After that add the prepared paste little by little and mix well without forming lumps .
_Add seame oil after turnoff ur stove.

🔥Take this pudding on alternate days.
🔥Urad dhal contains minerals like calcium,iron,magnese, potassium etc..which improve your bone mineral density hence it helps u away from back and knee pain during your cycle.

❣️ (Next 15-28 days of ur cycle) 🍀 Fenugreek seeds pudding:

Ingredients:

Rawrice - 1 cup
Fenugreek seeds - halfcup
Jaggery - halfcup

_ process is same as above instead of uraddal add Fenugreek seeds ( soaked).

🔥Take once in 3 days (inbetween 15-28 days of cycle)
🔥It contains phytoestrogen which balances the hormones in females and gives best result in dysmenorrhoea ( painful menstruation)

📌ARE YOU DRINKING YOUR WATER IN A CORRECT WAY?

🎈According to the siddha system of medicine,water where we get ,how we store and how we drink is a matter.it takes a long time to discuss about that. here i am going to give you some of the important things about water .
🎈It is good take your water as lukewarm.

🎈 Don't take water immediately after and before taking food.

🎈Your first intake in early morning must be water, if it is lukewarm it is better.

🎈Always take your water sip by sip slowly whatever may the situation is.

🎈Take more water in day .After the sunset you have to take water in less amount as compared to morning.

🎈It is not good to take water in standing position or in some other position.drinking water in sitting posture is good.

🎈Don't take warm water mixed with normal water or cold water .

🎈It is better to take your water in copper vessels ,glass ,mud pots ,silver vessels. Don't take it in plastic bottles.
❣️LOT OF PEOPLE ASKING HOW WE STORE WATER IN MUD POTS?
❣️YOU CAN BOIL THE WATER AND AFTER SOMETIME YOU CAN STORE IT IN MUD POTS.HAVE IT .
