When we were about to start our clinic, even before the inauguration, we were stuck with one big question >>“What all certificates do we actually need?”
Because honestly, we don’t want any legal issues after putting so much into our dream setup.
We decided to do it the right way - proper research, official process and finally got our Clinical Establishment Certificate.
Today, we’re sharing this so it becomes easier for you. ❤️
📄 Basic Paperwork and Things You’ll Need to Start Your Clinic
1️⃣ Your Medical Registration
2️⃣ Your Degree Certificate
3️⃣ Rent Agreement (if applicable)
If you’re practicing in a rented space, a proper rent agreement is a must.
4️⃣ Building
The space shall be not less than 100 square feet.
5️⃣ Essential Equipments
(i) Thermometer
(ii) Sphygmomanometer
(iii) Stethescope
(iv) Knee hammer
(v) Tongue Depressor
(vi) Torch
(vii) Weighing machine
6️⃣ Records - A record of all patients seen as to their name, age, s*x, diagnosis and treatment shall be available. The patient shall be provided with a slip with name, age, s*x, diagnosis of treatment given.
7️⃣ Fire Safety
You Should keep a fire extinguisher from a verified company.
8️⃣ Clinic/Hospital Name Board should contain Complete address of the premises
9️⃣ Doctor Prescription
