This video is taken from the Raja Yoga Meditaion 7 Days course conducted by BK Premanandhan Narayanan to European Athmas during lockdown in 2020.
**A Heartfelt Note of Gratitude**
With deep appreciation and gratitude, we take this moment to thank all the noble souls who made our *Raja Yoga 7 Days Course* possible.
During the challenging times of the 2020 pandemic, we had the privilege of conducting this course for our European audience. This was only possible because of the selfless dedication of Brother Niranjan from Canada, who painstakingly recorded the audio sessions and shared them with us.
Turning these teachings into visual form was an equally tremendous effort. A devoted team of young men and women from Salem, Tamil Nadu, worked tirelessly for nearly a year to transform the recordings into meaningful video content. Their dedication brought forth 16 beautifully crafted sessions, each lasting half an hour, which were initially uploaded on their YouTube channel, ****.
Now, in 2025, after five years, we are honored to bring these sacred teachings to our own **YouTube Channel – Premanandhan Narayanan**, starting from *Maha Shivratri, February 2025*.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to every soul who contributed to this divine project. Your sincere efforts, time, and dedication have made it possible for seekers across the world to benefit from the wisdom of Raja Yoga. May you all be blessed with love, peace, and happiness.
